MARCIN GABOR - "Gabor Medien" company founder, managing the ScoutingPRO brand. Graduated in German philology, his heart is partly colored black-red-gold. He inflamed his football inspirations in Germany both the training and scouting. He has been doing for a long time in football. It started with his active playing in lower level matches, Canal+ channel website and press journalism. After that he became interested in television i.e. commentating on matches of Bundesliga on Sportklub channel. On the following televisions "nSport" and "Polsat News" he uses his knowledge as a football expert specializing in aspects of Polish and German football. He also uses his professional work and football passion in many other fields. In 2007 attending the School of trainers in PZPN Marcin got his "UEFA B" licence. Dabbling in trainer profession is apart from commentating matches on TV and editing press releases a way for life in near and far future. Now Marcin is working on his project he's been attempting to do for a long time. Sometime he worked as a scout with German agencies but he wished to use the lack of system work in Poland. He invented the structures of scouting agency, gathered a number of reliable experts and now he is coordinating actions. This is the way the ScoutingPRO was created.
KRZYSZTOF ZDAŃSKI - He has been worrying with his unfulfilled dream till today. The dream of reaching the high levels of professional football player career. He remained loyal to football, nevertheless. He spends almost every single free minute on increasing his football knowledge, watches attentively matches on every level taking copious notes for his use. If only one saw these scrawls on pieces of paper decodable by him. He guards his treasure as an archeological finding. No wonder he puts in the column concerning his education "historian". Perhaps, his excellent memory comes from his academic training as he can dig distant facts from his mind. It appeared recently that football interest would end up on collecting knick-knacks for his descendants. KONRAD SIL - an unparalleled quiet man endowed with celestial patience and manners of English gentleman. Never finishes matters in "English way" as fits the definition of a reliable and dutiful man. After five years of hard work he graduated from economy with high notes. Therefore, the whole finance department was thrown upon his shoulders.
