Several decades before in more football civilized countries it was found that searching less known players could be turned to good account. Firstly, the team reinforcement, secondly - the opportunity to sell the player at a profit. Of course, several years ago it was just a makeshift, round-up or at best "general levy". After years the scouting issue was regularized, it turned into almost separate football discipline serving particular clubs.
However, the ongoing process passed round Poland. No wonder as generally average limit of native football generate from the lack of awareness on modern football. Many people representing circles associated with this sport discipline stopped in the year 1974 up to 1982. The cult of those events so distinctly cherished took away the possibility to follow football development in Europe. Therefore we want to change it!
